Just read my install post a few posts down from your own on my download skin page. It will tell you step by step how to make it look like the picture. 
Ah, I did see that post and I tried to follow it as best I could. But it still ended up looking nothing like the picture. I'm not sure if I have to go in and edit the files like I had to with the weather skin to get it to show my location.
You could just center everything manually too. That's all I did. I actually redid my desktop 3 different times so far to match 3 different monitors I have, each a different resolution. And then I saved it in Rainmeter as a different theme each time for each resolution and just load the reso I want when I switch monitors.
Did you have to go in and edit the different skins manually to put in program names? You know like for itunes for example if you wanted to use that in the skin?
